Merging contacts on PipeOne

Merging contacts on PipeOne helps you keep your contact list organized and ensures you have all the information about a person in one place. This is especially useful because customers may contact you through different platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, or email, leading to duplicate entries for the same person.

Step-by-step guide to merging contacts:

• Go to the menu and select Contacts.

• Click on Merge Contacts.

• Type the contact's name in the search bar. Every contact with the same name, including duplicates, will appear.

• Select the duplicated contacts you want to merge.

• Choose which properties (such as phone number, email, or address) you want to copy to the main contact's profile.

• Click Merge to combine the contacts.

Attention:

Select carefully what information you would like to transfer.
Merging contacts is an irreversible process. Once merged, the duplicate contact will no longer exist.
