The following policy describes PipeOne's treatment of personally identifiable information.

Information we collect

When you create an account on PipeOne, we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, and the name of your business or organization. We use cookies to keep you logged in to our website.

We use third-party tracking services to compile data about how users interact with our product. Like most web sites, we also store information that your web browser sends to our web servers, like your IP address and general information about your web browser software and device or computer.

The PipeOne service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.


Information usage

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the PipeOne service. We do not share your personal information with outside parties except when it is necessary for the functionality of the PipeOne service, or helps us improve the PipeOne service.

We will send you email and mobile messages to facilitate your use of the PipeOne service and we’ll also send you email highlighting PipeOne features. You can unsubscribe from unwanted emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in our email footer.

  • Service Providers: We may employ third party companies and individuals to administer and provide the Services on our behalf (such as bill and credit card payment processing, customer support, hosting, email delivery and database management services). These third parties are permitted to use personal information about you only to perform these tasks only for lawful business purposes in accordance with the terms of the agreements we have in place with such service providers and for no other purpose.

  • WhatsApp: We use third-party services independent of WhatsApp inc to connect to Facebook Inc servers (known as Meta Business Partners). By authorizing the phone number to your account you give full access of the authorized account to the channel provider based on their data privacy terms (contacts, names, phone numbers, messages, images, audios and videos files) .

  • Professional Advisors: We may disclose your personal information to professional advisors, such as lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.

  • Business Transfers: As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, personal information may be part of the transferred assets. You acknowledge and agree that any successor to or acquirer of PipeOne (or its assets) will continue to have the right to use your personal information and other information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. Further, PipeOne may also disclose aggregated personal information in order to describe our Services to prospective acquirers or business partners.

  • Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement; Protection and Safety: PipeOne may disclose information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as required by law, and disclose and use such information as we believe necessary or appropriate to (a) comply with applicable laws and lawful requests and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities; (b) enforce the terms and conditions that govern the Services; (d) protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of you or others; and (e) protect, investigate and deter against fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical or illegal activity.


Information Collected by Clients

When you use any PipeOne Software as a Service, we store all the content you provide, including but not limited to accounts created for team members, files, pictures, project information, and any other information that you provide to the Services. In and through the Services, we also collect data about usage of the Services. This may include, but is not limited to, numbers of users, flows, broadcasts etc.

A Client or User may store or upload data into PipeOne platform. PipeOne company has no direct relationship with the individuals whose Personal Data it hosts as part of Client Data. Each Client is responsible for providing notice to its customers and third persons concerning the purpose for which Client collects their Personal Data and how this Personal Data is processed in or through the Service as part of Client Data.


Retention of information

We will retain personal information we process on behalf of our Customers for as long as needed to provide our Services or for an indefinite time to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements. If required by law, we will delete personal information by erasing it from our database.

Data Transfers

Your personal information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers. By accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge, agree and consent to (1) the transfer to and processing of personal information on servers located outside of the country where you reside and (2) our collection and use of your personal information as described herein and in accordance with the data protection laws of the United States, which may be different and may be less protective than those in your country.

Data deletion

As an admin you can delete your account any time by requesting to cancel your subscription to our team via help@pipeone.me or via our mobile channels.

When we delete your account, you will not have access anymore to PipeOne and all the saved data (contacts, users, groups, tags, notes, timelines, messages, templates, etc) will be permanently deleted and you won't be able to recover it.

Inactive account

  • Trial accounts:

    • After 7 days if you don't add a credit card to upgrade your account and pay your monthly fee: your account, subaccounts, and all integrations will be automatically deactivated.

    • After 15 days without payment: your account, subaccounts and all the saved data (contacts, users, groups, tags, notes, timelines, messages, templates, etc) will be permanently deleted and you won't be able to recover it.

  • Pro accounts:

    • After 15 days without payment: your account, subaccounts, and all integrations will be automatically deactivated. You can keep your account active by adding a new valid credit card and paying your late fees.

    • After 90 days in a roll without payment: your account, subaccounts and all the saved data (contacts, users, groups, tags, notes, timelines, messages, templates, etc) will be permanently deleted and you won't be able to recover it.

Website Analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure and evaluate access to and traffic on the Public Area of the Site, and create user navigation reports for our Site administrators. Google operates independently from us and has its own privacy policy, which we strongly suggest you review. Google may use the information collected through Google Analytics to evaluate Users' and Visitors’ activity on our Site. For more information, see Google Analytics Privacy and Data Sharing.

We take measures to protect the technical information collected by our use of Google Analytics. The data collected will only be used on a need to know basis to resolve technical issues, administer the Site and identify visitor preferences; but in this case, the data will be in non-identifiable form. We do not use any of this information to identify Visitors or Users.


Security

We run on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in their fully certified data centers and we apply security controls and system checks to keep your data safe.

Your communications with PipeOne servers are encrypted using industry standard HTTPS, the same protocol used by almost all e-commerce web sites.

All data and associated keys stored in our databases are encrypted using the industry standard AES-256 encryption algorithm.

PipeOne uses AWS data centers in the United States and in the European Union (service data may be stored in any region).

Accessing your information

You may access or edit your profile information at any time by logging in to the PipeOne platform and then clicking on your username (top left side of your screen). You can also update your company information on “My Company” option under “Configurations” menu.


Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may amend this Privacy Policy. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make material changes to our privacy policy, we will notify you by sending you an email thirty (30) days before the changes take effect.
