How to integrate your Twilio account with PipeOne
This integration allows you to send and receive SMS via PipeOne using your Twilio account:
1- Create your Twilio account

2- Buy a number with SMS capability
It's the moment to select the best number for your business. HERE you can check Twilio step by step to search and buy for a number.
After selecting the country, just keep in mind to check SMS capability option before hitting the "Search" button:
While you're in this process, depending on the selected country, you may need to provide extra information and identity documentation for phone number compliance.
If it's your case, just click on "Create Regulatory bundle":
And follow the step by step to submit your business or personal information requested, completing each block and then click on “Submit for review”:
3- Get your Twilio account ID:
Now that you have an active number for SMS, let's integrate it with your PipeOne account.
Access your Twilio Dashboard (by clicking on your account name on the upper-left corner of your screen) and find you "Account SID" information and "Auth Token":
4- Connect to PipeOne
Share with us your Twilio SID number, authentication token, and the phone number you bought:
