New feature: NOTIFICATIONS 🔔

Hope all is well with you. We are working very hard to deliver the best customer service CRM for the mobile messaging era. Week by week you may notice that we are adding new features and improvements to your account.

This is a quick email to share that we now have desktop notifications:

Easily check for new messages
PipeOne now supports a tweak to display an unread-message count in your browser tab.

This setting is most useful for people who have many tabs open and can quickly check the number in the title.
How to activate desktop notification
Enable it by clicking "Allow" on your browser when you access PipeOne platform or by clicking on the locker icon (left side of your address bar):
It works with the most popular browsers in the market (Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Safari). Right after your authorization, you'll receive a confirmation as your first desktop notification:
You'll get desktop notifications for every new message, but only when the PipeOne tab is not on focus (it's in a different tab or screen). When you click on it, you will be redirected to your inbox in that specific conversation:
While you are on the platform, but in a different area than the conversation page, you will get an in-app notification instead of a desktop notification:
