If you want to connect your WhatsApp Business account (currently in use on your phone) on PipeOne, you need to upgrade your account to the WhatsApp Business API. This process is different from simply using the app and comes with important steps and warnings.
Key points before you start
The upgrade from WhatsApp Business App to WhatsApp Business API is permanent and cannot be reversed.
After migration, you will not be able to use the WhatsApp Business App with the same number.
Your chat history and backups from the app cannot be imported into the API platform.
You must delete your current WhatsApp Business account from your phone before starting the migration.
Step-by-step guide
1. Delete your WhatsApp Business account
If you need, export specific conversations of your interest before deleting your account.
On your phone, open the WhatsApp Business app.
Go to Settings > Account > Delete My Account.
Follow the instructions to delete the account linked to your phone number. This step is necessary to free up the number for API registration.
2. Access PipeOne
Open a new tab and log in to PipeOne.
Navigate to Channels and Integrations and select WhatsApp
