Managing users on PipeOne is simple and can be done from a dedicated area in the platform. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you create, edit, and delete users.

Create, edit, delete, enable, or disable users (disabling keeps the user’s record in the system).
Filter users to quickly find specific accounts.
Invite users by email.

Editing a User
Find the user in the list using the filter or search function.
Click the Edit button next to the user’s name.
Update the necessary information:
Name, email, password, roles, or associated sub accounts.
Save your changes.
Deleting or disabling a User
To delete a user:
Locate the user in the list.
Click the Delete option next to their name.
Confirm the deletion.
To disable a user (without deleting):
Use the enable/disable toggle. This keeps the user’s data but prevents access.
Extra tips
You can also invite users directly by email, which sends them an invitation to join and set up their account.
Use the filter tools to quickly find users by name, email, or role.
PipeOne’s user management area gives you full control to add, update, or remove users as your team changes. Always ensure roles and sub accounts are set correctly for each user to maintain proper access and security.
