How to open a support ticket

Opening a support ticket in PipeOne is simple and can be done in a few different ways, whether you are logged into the platform or not.

Quick access to support

  • You can find the support link in the upper right corner of the PipeOne screen labeled “Need help?”.

  • If you prefer, you can also open a support ticket by emailing help@pipeone.me or visiting the PipeOne help page directly at pipeone.me/help, even if you are not logged in

Steps to open a support ticket

  1. Access the support area:

Navigate to the PipeOne menu and click on Help and support > Report an issue. Alternatively, you can click on "Need help?" located in the superior menu on the right side.

2. Choose your request type: Select the option that best fits your need:

  • Report an Issue: For technical problems or errors.

  • Suggestion: To propose new features or improvements.

  • Give Feedback: Share your experience or opinions about PipeOne.

  • Ask a Question: For any inquiries about using PipeOne.

3. Set urgency level for your ticket:

  • Low: Response within 24 hours.

  • Medium: Response within 12 hours.

  • High: Response within 6 hours.

    4. Select how you want to be contacted:

    Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or choose not to receive a response.

    5. Add details and attachments:

    Provide a clear description of your issue, suggestion, feedback, or question. You can also attach a file to support your request, with a maximum size of 5 MB.

    6. Submit your request:

    After filling out the necessary information, click on “Send my request” to submit your ticket.
