New features: Ticket types, categories and more 🔥

Hope all is well with you. This is a quick email to share with you some improvements that are rolling out to all PipeOne accounts.

1) Ticket type
When you mark a conversation as resolved, you can choose 4 different types of tickets to have better analytics in the future: Question, Incident, Problem or Task.


2) Ticket category
Add, delete, activate or deactivate customizable categories to allow agents to select them when marking a conversation as resolved.

It helps you to get more organized information to make better decisions about your customer service. Just add it via configurations menu.


3) Auto play
Automatically assign conversation to yourself when replying to a ticket that has not been taken up by any agent.
 

4) Web chat widget position
Change the icon position of your widget: Left, center or right of the screen, besides side and bottom spacing.

Available on the features tab inside "Channels and Integrations" menu.

5) Infinity scroll for conversations
Now you can see and navigate through all your past conversations without any scroll limit.

In the past, this limit was just 20 conversations per filter!
6) Agent name as variable
Personalize your messages and template messages using your agents names. Making it easier to start a conversation with a proper introduction between your company and your customers.

7) Variable content check
If you're trying to send a message with a variable that has more characters than allowed by each channel, we'll let you know to avoid mistakes.

8) Faster than ever
Navigate between conversation boxes in seconds with our new improvements. One click, one second and no more long waiting time to see the content.

9) New Zapier integration fields
Now you can use Zapier to add or update your contacts information besides name, phone number and email. It's already available with all other contact fields (date of birth, occupation, gender, address, complement, zip code, city, state and country).
10) New web chat features
In case you missed our last email: our web chat widget is completely redesigned.

Premium features available for all paid plans without any extra cost.  It's easier than ever to capture leads from your website and have better customer service.
